Warranty & Repair
If a defect occurs within the 2-year warranty period, please proceed as follows:
1. Contact us in advance
Send us an email with a description of the error and photos if possible: email@example.com
2. Fill out form
If we cannot find a solution in advance, you can send us the goods as a complaint. Please include the form below with your submission to expedite the claim process.

3. Pack goods
Please send the goods back in a suitable shipping carton. When packing the goods, please ensure that you close the package carefully and remove old address labels and old barcodes.
Unless otherwise stated, send the goods postage paid to the following address:
Create return label: DHL returns portal (only Germany)
A return label is not available for all countries. Please contact us if your country is not available. The costs for postage due and unauthorized entries will be charged.
5. We process your warranty submission
As soon as we have received the item complained about, we will look at your warranty submission immediately and make sure that it is processed to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. Despite everything, this takes a certain amount of time in some cases and we therefore ask you to be patient in advance.
