If a defect occurs within the 2-year warranty period, please proceed as follows:

If we cannot find a solution in advance, you can send us the goods as a complaint.
Please enclose the following form:
Create return label: DHL returns portal (only Germany)
A return label is not available for all countries. Please contact us if your country is not available. The costs for postage due and unauthorized entries will be charged.
- No return of your complaint without prior notification
- Enclose our warranty form in the package
- Pack the return parcel securely
- We really appreciate it if the product has been cleaned beforehand :-)
How to proceed then?
As soon as we have received the item complained about, we will look at your warranty submission immediately and make sure that it is processed to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. Despite everything, this takes a certain amount of time in some cases and we therefore ask you to be patient in advance.
