Super schnell und kulant
Die Lieferung und Abwicklung war sehr schnell. Schnellste Abwicklung der letzten Jahre, die ich erlebt habe. Das war wirklich ein Genuss. Zum Produkt: Gepäckträger passte leider nicht zu dem Fahrrad, das ich habe. Eigentlich ein tolles Produkt. Vielleicht könnte man noch eine Anleitung zeigen, dass man sehen kann, ob es passt, bevor man es kauft. Dann könnte man eventuell besser einschätzen, ob das Teil passt. Die Retoure wurde enorm schnell bearbeitet und Geld zurückgezahlt. Top!
