The Old Man Mountain FLiP Cages are more than just cargo cages – they are the first mounts that work both as cargo cages and quick-release bag holders! Thanks to the Fast Lock in Place (FLiP) system, you can attach FLiP-compatible bags in seconds: simply hook the bag in and rotate the handle 90° – done!

Whether you want to carry bags, large bottles like Nalgene, or dry bags – the FLiP Cages adapt to your adventure. They mount perfectly on bike forks with 3-pack mounts, the legs of your Elkhorn rack, or an Axle Pack mount.
Maximum flexibility – with or without FLiP bags
If you’re not using a FLiP-compatible bag, the FLiP Cages can be used like classic cargo cages. With removable cargo feet and slots for Voilé or Fixplus straps, they provide a stable and secure solution for any type of load.

The FLiP Cages are made from tough, injection-molded nylon, offering maximum stability at minimal weight. Like all OMM products, they are safe, silent, and built for any riding condition – whether on rough trails or long tours.
