Ortlieb Handlebar-Pack 9L Handlebar Roll – minimal Space, maximum Bikepacking Freedom
The compact choice among bikepacking handlebar rolls: At just 40 cm in length, this waterproof handlebar bag is the perfect option for riders using off-road drop bars, road bike handlebars, or cyclocross handlebars. Its compact width also helps keep the overall weight low. With a capacity of 9 litres, the bag provides ample room for lightweight but bulky gear such as a sleeping bag or sleeping pad. The roll-top closures on both sides offer quick and convenient access while keeping your gear reliably dry, even in heavy rain.
The Handlebar-Pack S can be securely mounted to virtually any type of handlebar using the attachment system with spacers and two straps featuring high-grip hook-and-loop fasteners underneath. An internal plastic reinforcement and an additional attachment to the head tube ensure excellent stability, even on rough terrain.

Nicht richtig durchdacht
An der Verarbeitung stimmt alles. Aber die Rolle Dropbar kompatibel zu nennen finde ich falsch, die Tasche kann nur mit extra Zubehör was auch nur durch Ortliebs Kundensupport verfügbar ist der länge nach verspannt und wirklich komprimiert werden. Auch den dritten Befestigungspunkt am Rahmen finde ich suboptimal, da er hier bei einer Lenkbewegung gut über den Rahmen scheuert, selbst abgeklebt dürfte eine Rahmenschutzfolie hier öfter ersetzt werden müssen.

++ Stabilität / - optimal mit zusätzlichen Riemen
Zwischen den Befestigungen ist zur Stabilisierung eine Strebe in die Tasche eingearbeitet - das sitzt sehr gut. Für mich waren auch die Abstandshalter und die entsprechende Länge der Klettverschlüsse wichtig. Es wäre besser, wenn Ortlieb einen Riemen beilegen würde, der linke und rechte Seite verbindet, damit die Rollen-Enden beim Rennradlenker weniger stören. Ich habe mir die passenden Clips und einen Riemen separat zusammengestellt.
