Ortlieb X-Stealth E146 Buckle – Replacement Buckle for Bags
Is the buckle on your bag damaged or broken? With the Ortlieb X-Stealth E146 Buckle, you can quickly and easily replace the buckle. The set consists of a plug and housing made of durable plastic and is a universal replacement buckle for webbing widths of up to 25 mm. It is suitable for all ORTLIEB Back-Roller and Sport-Roller models from model year 1999 onwards.

Important Information on Use:
The E146 is the universal X-Stealth buckle for webbing widths of up to 25 mm. Depending on which buckle on your bag is damaged, however, a different replacement part may be more suitable:
- Central auxiliary buckle: If the plug on the central auxiliary buckle needs to be replaced, we recommend the ORTLIEB E215. This is a single X-Stealth plug without a housing. To replace it, the C-ring must first be threaded out.
- Sewn-in buckle on the roll closure: To replace a sewn-in buckle on the roll closure, we recommend the ORTLIEB Repair Plug (E117). Thanks to the opening mechanism on the bridge, it can be fitted to the permanently sewn-in webbing. The damaged plug must first be broken off, so no sewing skills are required for the replacement.
