The Restrap Lightweight Race Hydration Vest was developed for riders where every second, every gram, and every movement counts. Whether gravel races, ultra-cycling events, or long training sessions – this minimalist hydration vest combines low weight, high comfort, and quick access to nutrition and fluids. It builds on the experience of the award-winning Race Hydration Vest but has been consistently optimized for weight, ventilation, and freedom of movement.
Thanks to the airy mesh construction, the vest fits comfortably against the body and also provides excellent ventilation in high temperatures. Multiple stretch pockets on the front allow quick access to energy bars, gels, or soft flasks without interrupting the ride. On the rear, there is a compartment for the included 2-litre hydration bladder as well as an additional stretch pocket for a rain jacket or other gear.
The elastic chest straps can be adjusted with one hand and can also be quickly opened or closed during a race. Developed together with successful gravel racers and ultra-distance athletes, the vest offers maximum freedom of movement while maintaining a secure fit on the bike.

Storage Note:
The Lightweight Race Hydration Vest has been designed for minimal size and low weight. It is ideal for racing and fast long-distance rides but intentionally offers less storage space than classic bikepacking backpacks or larger hydration vests.
