VAUDE Trailframe L – Maximum Storage in the Frame Triangle
The VAUDE Trailframe L frame bag makes particularly efficient use of the space in the frame triangle and, with a 5-litre capacity, provides ample storage for your bikepacking gear. Thanks to its 50 cm length, it is ideal for longer or bulkier items such as tent poles, food or tools – without negatively affecting the handling of your bicycle.
The waterproof welded frame bag is attached to the head tube, top tube and seat tube with sturdy Velcro straps, keeping it securely positioned in the frame. The long, waterproof zip allows for convenient packing and unpacking of the main compartment. An integrated organiser with a zip keeps smaller items separated and neatly stored.
To prevent the contents from shifting while riding or causing the bag to bulge, an internal Velcro fastening helps secure the gear. At the same time, the slim design provides sufficient knee clearance while pedalling.
Expansion to a Full-Frame Bag
For maximum use of the frame triangle, the Trailframe L can be combined with the VAUDE Trailframe M (not included). The top tube straps of the Trailframe M can be threaded through two slots in the base of the bag. Together, they create a large bikepacking solution with a total capacity of 8 litres that makes optimal use of the space between the frame tubes.
