How long does delivery take?
The lock is individually manufactured at the ABUS factory and shipped to our warehouse once production is complete. Production and shipping take approximately 14–18 days. During the peak season, the delivery time may be longer.
How many keys are included with the lock?
Each lock comes with two keys from ABUS. For example, if you order three keyed-alike custom-made locks, you will receive a total of six matching keys.
Do you need a photo of the key card?
No. Unlike with home security products, the key code is sufficient for bicycle locks.

Die Größe und das One Key System sind super
Die Größe und das One Key System sind super. Dass das Schloss nach dem Aufschließen nicht wieder selbst einrastet und ich es mit dem Schlüssel wieder abschließen muss, stört mich. Auch die (wie soll ich es bezeichnen?) Verriegelungs-Kerben im Bügel finde ich zu scharfkantig, habe schon einige Macken davon in Schutzblech und Felge.
