The Ortlieb QL2 Lock is the ideal solution for cyclists who want to secure their bike bag not only to the bike but also against theft. Anyone who regularly uses their bag knows the problem: a quick stop at a café or supermarket – and the worry that the bag might get stolen remains. This is exactly where the QL2 Lock comes in. It acts as an additional “third hook” that attaches directly to the bag and can be secured with a small lock. This keeps the bag firmly on the bike, even when unattended. Simple, clever, and reliable – for stress-free commuting and touring!
Compatible with:
- Ortlieb bike bags with QL2, QL2.1, or QL2.2 systems
Not compatible with:
- Older Ortlieb bike bags or Back-Roller City with QL1 system
- Bike bags with QL3.1 system

- Can be positioned alongside existing Quick-Lock hooks
- Tool-free installation
- Compatible with all standard luggage racks up to 16 mm tube diameter
- Remains open after unlocking to not interfere with normal QL system hooking/unhooking
