The Revelate Designs Extended Play Long Top Tube Bag is a premium top tube bag for bikepacking, ultra-distance adventures, and long rides. Thanks to its welded construction, waterproof molded zipper, and reinforced internal structure, the bag maintains its shape even on demanding routes and reliably protects your gear from splash water and dirt.
Shaped silicone grip pads provide a particularly secure hold on the top tube without requiring additional straps around the head tube or seat post. The attachment straps can be flexibly adjusted to your frame geometry, allowing for optimal positioning of the bag.
Whether it’s food, smartphone, power bank, clothing, or tools – with the Extended Play, everything you need is within easy reach. The removable TPU insert makes cleaning easier, while the foldable internal divider keeps the contents neatly organized.

Strap Length
- The included straps are suitable for top tubes with a circumference of up to 155 mm (equivalent to approx. 49 mm tube diameter).
- For top tubes with a circumference greater than 155 mm, Revelate Designs recommends using longer attachment straps (not included).

Wenn Wasser keine Rolle spielt...
Leute, lasst euch nicht veräppeln durch die Beschreibung. Da können die Nähte perfekt verschweißt sein. Warum? Weil der Reißverschluss zwar robust ist und auch eine gewisse Resistenz bietet, er allerdings nicht dafür gebaut ist. Den Regen, den ich damit erfahren habe, würde ich auf die Stunde mit unter 1 ml pro Quadratmeter als läppisch bezeichnen, Nieselregen eben. Nass war es da drin innerhalb von 30 Minuten. Beim Rest gibt es nichts zu meckern. Könnte für mich am Kopfende noch breiter sein. Ich bin das Teil an einem Norco Optic von 23 (14"-Version) gefahren. Hält bombig im rauen Terrain, wenn man die Befestigung auch wirklich ordentlich zu hat. Ich bin mit relativ hoher Geschwindigkeit auf MTB-Trails bis zu Double Black mitgefahren, also schüttelfest ist das. Wer da Probleme hat, weil es keine Verbindung zum Gabelschaft/Spacerturm hat, hat etwas total falsch gemacht. Die Höhe dachte ich, wird ein Problem, wenn ich das Bike stark in die Kurven legen muss. Aber die Konstruktion gibt nach, als ich mit dem Knie Kontakt hatte, und ist sofort wieder zurückgesprungen. Kein Verrutschen, der Boden bleibt fest. Solange man nicht an der Tasche drückt, bleibt auch das Obermaterial, wo es ist.

Sehr gute Tasche
Sehr gute Tasche. Super Befestigungssystem, das ohne Schlaufen am Sattel und Lenker auskommt. Der Reißverschluss lässt sich breiter öffnen als bei meiner Tailfin TopTubeBag.
